Went to Australia this year and Lynette sorted everything out for us, even when we had a small emergency, when in Perth, she answered our concerns straight away and looked into it and advised us what to do. We had such a great time we're off to America next year and Lynette has sorted us again, hoping this time that everything goes according to plan!!!!
