Description
Location: The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa is a luxury five star resort blending into the natural surroundings, occupying over half a kilometre of the unspoilt beach of Mai Khao, adjacent to the Marine National Park.
Facilities: The real highlight is the incredible ‘Mandara Spa’ which offers Thai and international herbal treatments and has been voted the ‘Best Hotel Spa in Asia’ by Condé Nast, a real accolade. The hotel also offers three swimming pools, a whirlpool, a children’s pool with waterslide, a wide range of water-sports including sailing, sea canoeing, windsurfing and catamarans. There’s also tennis (lit for evening play); a health club and fitness centre with sauna and a wide range of activities on offer so guests will never run out of things to do.
Restaurants & Bars: Extensive dining facilities give you a wide range of choices and the lobby bar is a great place for a drink and some live jazz. There are 10 restaurants and cafes in total serving a range of meals and snacks. There’s also the beach bar and lobby bar.
Accommodation: 265 guestrooms all styled with elegant sophistication, each with its own traditional Thai Sala (a raised area with cushions and massage mats for decadent relaxation) and a deep bathtub, as well as all the modern amenities you’d expect.

Very professional and pleasant right from the first phone call. 'Chris' was patient with my requests and happy to make changes. He sorted out a whole itinery in a couple of days and e mailed it to me. Only slight down side was that the actual price, though reasonable, bore no resembalnce to the one quoted on the web site. I am not sure how I could have done the holiday for the orignal price; it was advertised too cheaply.

Third yearwe have used eShores to book our annual vacation, and they are great! No complaints. We say what we want to do and where and they provide a quote that we can then tailor to fit. A lot easier than us working it all out ourselves. They are also really quick at responding and very helpful with queries.
