Description
Location: The Grand Rotana is situated in Sharm el Sheikh, located in a quiet setting in Um Marikha Bay. It’s approximately 7km from Na’ama Bay and is surrounded by spectacular mountains, stunning desert scenery and the rich waters of the red sea.
Facilities: The Grand Rotana Resort Sharm el Sheikh has an enormous lagoon style pool as its centre piece; however for the beach lovers the hotel also boasts a 450 metre private beach. There’s also a children’s pool, tennis court and games room offering table tennis and billiards. A full range of water sports are available including a dive centre and being home to an excellent unspoilt house reef it provides superb snorkelling opportunities. The Zen Spa features 10 treatment rooms offering a range of holistic therapies from around the world, as well as a sauna, steam room and beach massage facilities
Restaurants & Bars: The Grand Rotana Resort & Spa offers several dining options. The main restaurant Ramses provides sumptuous buffet style meals with specialities ranging from Mediterranean to Far Eastern. Mezzaluna offers Italian cuisine and the Palms restaurant, located on the beach, provides light dishes, cold beverages and cocktails throughout the day. Silk Road features dishes from China, Thailand, India, Arabia and Western Europe and various snacks and beverages are available from the lobby lounge and the beach bar. Finally the Pulse bar and club offers night time entertainment from its resident DJ.
Accommodation: The Grand Rotana Resort Sharm el Sheikh features 480 luxurious rooms and suites, including 54 Club Rotana rooms and suites. All rooms and suites offer satellite TV, mini fridge, high speed internet connection, bathrobe & slippers, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and safe. Many of the rooms offer a terrace or balcony. Amongst the benefits for guests booking a Club Rotana room or suite is a private reception and use of the Club Rotana lounge, with complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails.

Very professional and pleasant right from the first phone call. 'Chris' was patient with my requests and happy to make changes. He sorted out a whole itinery in a couple of days and e mailed it to me. Only slight down side was that the actual price, though reasonable, bore no resembalnce to the one quoted on the web site. I am not sure how I could have done the holiday for the orignal price; it was advertised too cheaply.

Third yearwe have used eShores to book our annual vacation, and they are great! No complaints. We say what we want to do and where and they provide a quote that we can then tailor to fit. A lot easier than us working it all out ourselves. They are also really quick at responding and very helpful with queries.
