Day 2: On arrival in Santiago, you will be transferred to your hotel, the 4 star Torremayor Hotel, where you will stay for 2 nights. After an early-check in you will be free to explore this vibrant city, framed by beautiful mountains and full of interesting places to discover. Day 3: Another day to further explore the wonderful Santiago at your own pace, or if you prefer you can join a pre-bookable excursion. This excursion will take you for wine-tasting at the award winning Veramonte vineyard, known for its pinot noir and sauvignon blanc. You’ll then set off for Viña del Mar, also known as the ‘Garden City’, where you will enjoy a tour of this pretty beach resort including its landmark Flower Clock (a working clock made of plants and flowers), the Fine Arts Museum, Casino and elegant Rioja Palace. You will then continue onto Valparaíso for lunch and a tour of the city. You will also visit La Sebastian, former home of Nobel prize winning poet, Pablo Neruda, finishing your full day’s excursion with a visit to Fisherman’s Wharf, Plaza Sotomayor and the Naval Academy.
Day 4 & 5 Mendoza, Argentina (2 Nights):
Day 4: You will leave Santiago to embark on the next part of your South American adventure, to Argentina. Crossing the Andes you will take in the views of Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas at 230000ft tall. After crossing the border into Argentina, you will continue on to the country’s wine capital, Mendoza, where you will stay for 2 nights at the 4 star Huentala Hotel.
Day 5: In the morning, you will enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful city which produces over 60% of Argentina’s wine. In the afternoon, you may choose to visit one of the local vineyards for wine tasting. This region is renowned for its chenin blanc and cabernet sauvignon.
Day 6, 7 and 8: Buenos Aires (3 Nights):
Day 6: You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires, the vivacious capital of Argentina, and the birthplace of the tango, where you will stay at the 4-star Pulitzer Hotel. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a tour of this dynamic city including visits to Plaza de Mayo, home to the Casa Rosada where Eva Peron famously addressed the crowds on the balcony, the Cathedral of Buenos Aires and a visit to the immensely colourful La Boca District. You will also visit the Recoleta cemetery, the burial place of Eva Peron and many beautiful family tombs.
Day 7: Today, you may explore the city at your own pace, or relax at the hotel. Alternatively, you may join our optional morning excursion on the Tigre and Parana Delta – exploring this vast network of waterways in a riverboat. In the evening, you can choose an optional dinner and tango show.
Day 8: You can choose an optional full day’s excursion to the Pampas – where you will have a chance to discover life on a typical Argentinean ranch and see a display of the expert horsemanship of the gauchos, followed by a delicious Argentinean barbeque.
Day 9 & 10: Iguaçú Falls, Argentina (2 Nights):
Day 9: You will take a flight to the Iguaçú Falls (also known as Iguazu Falls), and on arrival, you will be transferred to the 5-star Hotel Amerian Portal which is situated on the Argentinean side of the Iguaçú Falls. You will stay here for 2 nights. In the afternoon, you will have time to relax at the hotel or by the pool.
Day 10: In the morning, you will set off for a full day’s excursion to the Iguaçú National Park, where you will take a small train through the jungle on your way to the majestic Iguaçú Falls, one of the world’s most impressive waterfalls. The word ‘Iguaçú’ translates as ‘Big Water’ and it’s not hard to see why. Consisting of 275 separate falls, this spectacular site stretches along 1.7 miles of river, with the highest fall reaching 270ft tall.
Day 11, 12 and 13: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2 Nights):
Day 11: You are free to spend the morning at your leisure before your afternoon flight to Rio de Janeiro. Alternatively, you may wish to join an optional pre-bookable excursion to the Brazilian side of Iguaçú Falls and walk across the famous platform which takes you almost into Devil’s Throat, perhaps the most dramatic of Iguaçú’s many cascades. In the afternoon, you will take a flight to the captivating city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, where you will stay for 2 nights at the 4-star Windsor Excelsior.

eShores managed our holiday to Skopelos and Skiathos in June 2024. The arrangements went to plan with clear communications from the eShores team. When my wife injured her knee whilst we were on holiday, and we needed to change the return transfer arrangements it was easy to contact eShores, and they made the necessary changes. We have just booked a similar holiday in 2025 with eShores.

Dave Felton smashed it again. I've booked previously with Dave and can't see past him. His customer service and knowledge of the world is mighty impressive. I've passed his name on to others who have booked with him who also sing his praises. I've booked my holiday for 2025 and will continue to use Dave with confidence going forward.

No flexibility in what customer is looking for and will not price match with what is on offer. Limited service and need to be fair in choices
