We used Kadie Ryan to put our Thailand itinerary together for as last year (2023) including flights, hotels transfers and trips. Everything worked out perfectly with no hitches whatsoever and the hotels she picked for us were amazing. This year Kadie has just put together our Australia itinerary and again everything has been put together very professionally and exactly how we wanted it. She has made everything so easy for us. So good last year I used them again! Used this company to book a multi centre trip to Portugal last year and everything was great. Have just used them to book a multi centre trip to Portugal and Italy for this summer. Great help from Dave nice again and that’s our family holiday for 4 all sorted. Super helpful, flexible and good pricing. What more can you ask.

This is a review of the holiday planning and booking experience - the holiday itself is later in the year. It couldn't have been better. Kelly very quickly put together a brilliant looking proposal that nailed the brief, incorporated some minor changes we wanted, and booked it. Communication was very responsive and clear throughout. Some other agencies/holiday designers took longer to respond to an initial inquiry email than eShores took to go through the whole process.

I had sent initial queries to 3 other tailor-made specialist agency and actually only got a response from one which was mediocre at best, I am so grateful that EShores mangage to deliver!!
