When is the best time of year to go on a multi-centre holiday to Portugal?
If beach time is an important part of the trip, then the best time to visit Portugal would be from May until September. The peak months of July and August though can get quite hot, especially for exploring cities. You’ll also find these months the most expensive to visit Portugal. However on a multi-centre, as you’ll be busy exploring cities and travelling from place to place you may find March, April, and October most pleasant as the cooler weather will be ideal for wondering the city streets – it’s also much more reasonably priced.
