5 Nights – Rio de Janeiro
3 Nights – Manaus & Amazon Jungle
6 Nights – Beach: Salvador, Búzios or Alternate

✈️ UK to Rio de Janeiro (5 Nights):  Your holiday begins in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, where you can soak up the sun on the iconic beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema before exploring the city’s must-see attractions.  No doubt top of your list will be to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue perched on top of Corcovado Mountain, with stunning views over the entire city. Also, take the cable car ride to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, where you’ll be treated to more incredible views.  Back in the city, wander through the historic Centro, where Rio’s rich colonial heritage is on full display with landmarks such as the Paço Imperial, Theatro Municipal, Candelária Church, and the Lapa Arches. For a taste of Rio’s artistic side, take a stroll around the Santa Teresa area, known for its vibrant street art and the famous Selarón Steps. As night falls, the city truly comes alive in the city’s samba clubs, particularly in Lapa, where you can dance the night away to the rhythms of Brazil.

✈️ Rio to Manaus & Amazon Jungle (3 Nights):  After immersing yourself in the energetic atmosphere of Rio, you’ll fly north to Manaus, a remote city deep in the heart of the Amazon, serving as the perfect gateway to the wonders of the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. From here, you’ll be whisked away for a 2-night stay in a jungle lodge and a guided tour of the region’s incredible nature and wildlife, including macaws, monkeys and maybe even pink river dolphins. For those looking for a more in-depth Amazon experience, we can arrange a 3-night jungle lodge stay, allowing for additional time to canoe through the flooded forests, trek through the dense jungle, fish for piranhas and learn about the indigenous cultures that have thrived in the Amazon for centuries.  If you are opting for the 2-night jungle stay, you will have 1 night to explore Manaus with its Teatro Amazonas and the bustling Adolpho Lisboa Market. You could also head to the incredible ‘Meeting of the Waters’ just a stone’s throw from the city, where the black waters of the Rio Negro come to together with the muddy-coloured waters of the Amazon river without mixing for miles.

✈️ Manaus to Salvador / Búzios / Alternate Beach (6 Nights): As your Brazilian adventure comes to an end, it’s time to unwind on one of the country’s spectacular beaches, with various options available. You can fly to Salvador, where you’ll find the most famous and luxurious beach resorts such as Praia do Forte or Costa do Sauípe, with their palm-fringed white sands, crystal-clear waters, luxury hotels and great restaurants. The nearby Salvador itself is also a highlight with must-sees such as Pelourinho with its cobbled streets, colourful buildings, and historic churches.  Alternatively, you may choose to fly back to Rio and drive to nearby Búzios, a lovely coastal town known for its cobblestone streets, boutiques, and a range of beaches to choose from. Whether you prefer the calm waters of Ferradura Beach or the vibrant energy of Geribá Beach, Búzios is an ideal place to conclude your Brazilian getaway.

✈️ Salvador or Rio to the UK:  Your choice of beach resort will determine your departure location for your flight back to the UK.
